Cookies and browser storage

TopCrew uses cookies for sign-in, session security, return-page routing, and connected-service authorization. Administrative sessions use additional security cookies. Local and session storage remember preferences and work in progress. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies.

The tc-onboarding cookie lets you resume your intake and return from checkout. It contains an opaque identifier, expires after seven days, and does not grant access to your dashboard.

Measurement and external services

First-party public page measurement records page activity, referral and campaign information, and a daily hash derived from IP address and browser information without a persistent browser identifier. The counter respects Do Not Track. External sign-in, payment, and scheduling services may use cookies under their own policies.

Your choices

Block or clear cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. This may sign you out, reset preferences or drafts, and prevent sign-in or integrations from working. Clearing storage does not delete your account. For data rights and contact details, see the Privacy Policy.
