Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This policy applies to all users, content, communications, and automated actions on TopCrew and forms part of the Terms of Service.

Prohibited use

• Unlawful activity, spam, fraud, phishing, threats, harassment, or infringement of others' rights.
• Purchased or scraped contact lists, messages without required consent, or bypassing opt-outs.
• False job evidence, credentials, reviews, payment requests, or sign-offs.
• Unauthorized access, malware, disruptive testing, or bypassing limits and access controls.
• Unauthorized use of connected accounts, reselling access, or copying or reverse-engineering the service.
• Training external AI models on TopCrew outputs.

You are responsible for required permissions and for compliance with applicable law, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and carrier rules. Identify senders, honor opt-outs, and follow the Messaging Terms. Review AI outputs and automated actions before relying on them.

Enforcement and reports

We may restrict sending, suspend, or close accounts for violations. Urgent abuse may result in immediate action; otherwise we provide an opportunity to address the issue. Material changes receive the notice required by the Terms of Service. Report abuse through our abuse report form or abuse@topcrew.ai.
